Are we able to add an ical feature to be able to sync calendar with either a phone or home calendar?

Yes. We have already added that feature to version 12 and it is running on some of our Summer sport sites. All hockey sites will have it for the coming season. This feature lets you subscribe to calendars using Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple's iCal, or any other application capable of subscribing to Internet calendars. You can then get the calendar to Blackberry's and smart phones.
